Straight line wire drawing machine, can be high, medium and low carbon steel wire, stainless steel wire, copper wire, alloy copper wire, aluminium alloy wire, etc., stretching wire processing, error 0.1% accurate meter.The working principle of the straight-in wire drawing machine is that the metal wire to be drawn is wound on the bobbin on the pay-off frame, and then the wire is drawn into the drawing tower through the traction sheave. In the drawing tower, the wire is drawn by several sets of drawing dies, gradually reducing its diameter, and finally forming the required specifications of the metal wire. The take-up mechanism collects the drawn wire for subsequent production.
Straight line wire drawing machine in our factory are mainly old pulley wire drawing machines, with double reel type, direct type, compound type, various water tank wire drawing machines. The finished fine wire can be used for nailing wire mesh wire small thread welding wire, binding wire, welding net and other construction sites.

lt is the core component of the wire drawing machine, including the wire drawing die seat, wire drawing wheel,motor and reducer,etc.The wire drawing die seat is used to install the wire drawing die, through which the metal wire is stretched; the wire drawing wheel provides the necessary traction to allow the metal wire to pass through the die smoothly.

 

pay-off device:
It is responsible for feeding the metal wire to be processed into the wire drawing machine smoothly and continuously. The design of the pay-off device needs to consider the tension control of the metal wire to avoid wire breakage due to excessive tension or relaxation due to insufficient tension.
 

Wire take-up device:
Used to collect the metal wire after stretching.The wire take-up device should have good winding performance and tension control to ensure the neatness and quality of the finished wire.

Cooling system:
During the wire drawihg process, the metal wire generates a lot of heat due to friction, which needs to be cooled by the cooling system. Common cooling methods include water cooling and air cooling, and the specific choice depends on the metal material and process requirements.
